Paula Cross has served SBW & Associates as its Office and HR Manager for the past 10 years and has recently branched out into the world of bookkeeping.  She manages the day-to-day operations, is responsible for the hiring and onboarding of new employees, and is the right hand to Reanne Wolff, President of SBW.  Paula earned her AA in Sociology from Northwest College in 2001, worked with the disability population for over 18 years, and then took a leap of faith into the accounting world.  Paula likes to spend her time away from the office with her family, friends, and her fur-baby, Oliver!
